Kay has worked with Xylo since he was 6-7 months old and I was amazed at how much they know about dogs at such a young age. Xylo had 2 other trainers before Kayley and they were both 100% positive reinforcement trainers, which did not work for Xylo. Xylo is not very food-motivated, so positive reinforcement training was nearly impossible for him. Kay tried many different approaches and methods to train Xylo. And I must say, only their methods have worked with my stubborn big boy.  They not only trained Xylo, but I learned so much from them.  You can see their passion for dogs and training, and their passion really rubs off on you to make you want to be a better owner to your dog. I've known Kay for over a year and a half now, and I got to witness Goji grow up from a young teenager to one of the most obedient, happy adult dogs. What amazed me more was when I met Kissu, that cat is more knowledgeable and obedient than most dogs I've met.  That's when you know they're doing something right. They also trained my little Pomeranian for a bit and just after a few hours of boarding him, he became way braver.

Kay and their mom have both taught us so much.  From leash walking, recall, socializing, different diets, getting Xylo to eat, nail clipping for a boy that doesn't like getting his paws touched, helping me administer medication, crate training, fixing his posture, using the prong collar correctly, starting e-collar training, and learning how to read my dog's body language...the list just goes on.  I am truly so grateful to have met them, and Xylo and I look forward to learning more from them.
